Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial and automatically convert to a paid subscription if not canceled beforehand. If you forget to cancel before your trial ends and are charged, contact us and we'll issue a one-time courtesy refund as a goodwill gesture.

This courtesy refund is available once per customer. If you've already received one in the past, we're not able to offer another.

Outside of this one-time courtesy, subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing — see our FAQ for how.

One-Time CSV Purchases

One-time data purchases (such as a single CSV export) are delivered instantly upon payment and are non-refundable.
